We all went through it

I watch A LOT of videos of teachers teaching. My university program for initial teacher certification requires 5 videos. I usually have about 10 students in a class. That’s 50 videos. Sometimes I teach two classes at the same time. That’s twice as many videos. The good news: I learn something every time, at least, if I give myself time to reflect as I write a response to the student teacher.

Here is what I wrote after a lesson that didn’t go so well.
